Relocation Program
Cassville is a Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation “Talent Recruitment” grant community, offering generous financial incentives and a guided pathway for new residents to join our village.

Choose Cassville as your new home and you could receive up to $8,000 in relocation incentives. With the goal of welcoming six new households to our village, we are offering:

$3,000 cash incentive to out-of-state residents to move here

an additional $3,000 if you move here and buy a house

and another $2,000 if you move here and enroll your child or children in our school district.
How you spend the cash is entirely up to you. If you’re a remote worker, we’ll also provide you with a one-year membership to The Hub co-working space.

In addition to financial incentives, new residents will also receive an array of community integration perks, including on year passes:

Nelson Dewey State Park

Wisconsin Historical Society

Riverside Park boat launch
Recipients will also receive:

a 20-trip punch card to the Cassville Car Ferry

$200 towards canoe, kayak, or tube rentals

$200 in Cassville Cash for use at our local businesses
Eligibility Requirements
If you can say yes to the following, it’s likely you’re eligible for our relocation program.
I am interested in moving to Cassville
I am at least 18 years old
I currently reside outside of Wisconsin
I am a U.S. citizen or otherwise legally allowed to live and work in the country
I can move to Cassville and keep my current job or I am moving to Cassville because I recently accepted a job in the area
My household income is at least $55,000
